As global concerns about the current COVID-19 outbreak continues to grow, we want to communicate the following statement:
Carparison are currently working at optimum capacity from their head office in Devon with no cases of the virus or any other relating symptoms among their team. We will continue to undertake the extra precautions necessary to minimise the risk of contamination or spreading the virus but we will operate on site as normal until official advice confirms otherwise.
However, Carparison is prepared to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace without compromising our services or service levels. All teams are equipped and ready to work remotely if and when required, without notice.
In every eventuality, we will continue to be contactable via our website, social media, email and phone using the details you already hold for us. Our opening hours remain 8:30am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
We are also remaining in close contact with the funders and dealerships we work alongside to provide our services.

Advice to customers
Customers who have placed an order should currently expect no divergence from our usual service besides an extended wait for delivery.
Customers awaiting delivery of their vehicle are issued with the following advice:
The delivery of our vehicles is completed by corresponding dealerships rather than ourselves. This service is currently functioning as normal and we will contact anyone affected on a personal, case-by-case basis should this change.
