Has Carparison’s application process changed to reflect the cost of living crisis?
For new customers, our applicants will be asked to confirm whether their personal circumstances are stable, for the foreseeable future. If an applicant feels their circumstances are unstable, then we cannot proceed and will investigate other options that might be available for you.
Our funders are actively monitoring the credit profiles of customers with a vehicle on order. If any customers start to show signs of financial stress, they will be contacted and asked whether they wish to continue with their order.
We may also request evidence to prove you’re still able to meet your monthly agreement.
