Senior Marketing Specialist

You will be second-in-command within our dynamic, talented and award-winning Marketing team. You will be a direct support to our Marketing Manager in keeping the marketing team happy and healthy, as well as helping to ensure the entire marketing operation functions to maximum creativity and efficiency. 

Senior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Managing Email marketing calendar and overseeing implementation
  • Design and develop direct mail and SMS suite to accommodate key touchpoints for prospect and existing customers
  • Pioneer best practice for the growth and engagement of our database, in line with changing privacy laws
  • Optimise automation journeys across media and customer journey
  • Manage social media strategy to increase both followers and engagement, and develop Caparison’s online personality
  • Line manage Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Apprentice
  • Assist Marketing Manager with implementing overall marketing strategy as required
  • Report on success of activity aligned with KPIs and business requirements

What's required from you? 

  • Min 3 year digital marketing experience

Online Leasing Consultant

We have a very exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Carparison as a Online Leasing Consultant.

Online Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Communicates the Carparison culture of quality and excellence
  • Deliver sales in line with the company and funder partner processes.
  • Participates in planning & working sales campaigns and promotions
  • Establish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partners including funders and dealerships.
  • Communicates and develops strong personal relationships with customers creating customers for life.
  • Offers sound financial product advice, specifically on BCH, PCH, PCP and HP.
  • Uses knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customers

Sales Administrator

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to help continue to drive Carparison forward – to be central in maintaining the premium level of service for which we’ve become known and to be a central part of building upon our unique company culture.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a complete sales support touchpoint to both the customer and the sales team.
  • Provides all customers with regular updates as the move the customer through the different steps of deal progress.
  • Act as point of contact for customers, funders and suppliers, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously and efficiently and that any required actions are implemented.
  • Liaise with supplying dealers to ensure cars are prepared and delivered in line with customer expectation.
  • Payout management – Ensure all documentation is present and correct for smooth, efficient payout with funder partners.
  • Prepare general correspondence and reports as requested
  • Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered too
  • Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with internal colleagues across all departments.
  • Identifies training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process
  • Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law
  • Ensures all capital outlay is approved by their line manager or a director
  • Provides all customers with courtesy follow up call to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction are obtained.
  • Operate effective filing and archiving system.

We are currently looking for a second Local Business Development Manager to help grow the Carparison brand by winning new clients and promoting brand loyalty of our existing customers.

Local Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for winning new clients and driving loyalty of existing customer base, specifically in the local area.
  • Focusses on driving new initiatives in tandem with marketing team to promote Caparison’s services in the local area.
  • Responsible for generating own appointments for local business clients via existing relationships and outbound prospecting.

Fleet Operations Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our administration team as a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a fantastic developing organisation assisting and supporting our Local Business Development Managers and Corporate sales team to win business!

Fleet Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a complete sales support touchpoint to both the customer and the sales team.

  • Is the key individual in the careful corporate and business relationship management with our clients, including overseeing our fleet management platform and services.
  • Liaise with supplying dealers to ensure cars are prepared and delivered in line with customer expectation.
  • Payout management – Ensure all documentation is present and correct for smooth, efficient payout with funder partners.
  • Prepare general correspondence and reports as requested
  • Invoicing of dealers and funders for finance commission and invoicing of customers for processing fees.

Marketing Apprentice

At Carparison, you are our KPI! You make the difference, and we want to help you achieve your potential. Working with Exeter College, we're looking for a talented and creative individual to join our ever growing and expanding marketing team as a Marketing Apprentice.

Marketing Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all departmental duties as required including copywriting to support SEO activity and customer journey, design and asset creation, video and wider content production, external and internal direct marketing, content outreach
  • Contribute to social media scheduling, social listening and engagement management
  • Actively contribute to monthly team creative meetings, in which we plan upcoming marketing activity
  • Complete website administration and auditing tasks as requested
  • Co-ordination of printing for the sales, customer service and marketing assets
  • Cleanse and maintain accuracy of staff broadcast list and marketing data
  • Update Google Analytics annotations to reflect the teams marketing activities
  • Assist on projects as per the needs of the team & business

Hours: 40.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:
