We are sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations, as we always aim to provide a positive experience for our customers throughout their journey with us. Unfortunately, this is one aspect of the journey that we are unable to control. We were disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with the exterior condition of the vehicle on delivery. As vehicles are driven to their delivery destination, it is not always possible for them to arrive in showroom condition. However, we do appreciate how important it is to receive your new car in the best possible condition. We have been keen to assist you with this matter and requested photographs of the vehicle when it was delivered so that we could pass these to the supplying dealer for review. This would allow the dealer to assess the concerns raised and, if deemed appropriate, offer a resolution. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the requested photographs, which has meant we have been unable to progress this further on your behalf. Please be assured that we remain more than happy to help. If you would still like the supplying dealer to review the matter, please send us the photographs at your earliest convenience, and we will be glad to forward these on for their consideration. Excellent no pressure service, would definitely use again
First time leasing a car, Sam Andrews dealt with my first enquiry and followed up later with a curtesy call. No pressure and was happy to change my original selection. Friendly no pressure service. Courtney was my contact for the remaining period before receiving the car,paperwork came through very quickly and was kept informed throughout. Excellent service.

Friendly experts that provide a fantastic service
This is a replacement car to an MG that we did via you 3 years ago, great deal offered which we accepted & car arrived earlier than indicated which meant that the old car could be returned without extra hire charges.
