Impressive all-round service.

Poor experience
Mistake made on order form meant I missed out on the colour I agreed during telephone order. The car was not delivered on the arranged day and I was only notified the day prior which meant I was unable to work, no support from carparison with this. The car also came with a crack in rear light. Overall very poor experience.
Thank you Joanne for your honest 2* feedback. We are sorry that your journey wasn't smooth. Your journey has been reviewed and i can see the initial colour you wanted had gone by the time finxace approval was in place, i can also see that human error occured on your quotation where the wrong colour was inserted, we do apologise for this as we strive for 100% accuracy. Delivery is the hardest part of any journey as this is outside of our remit and managed by your supplying dealer with their chosen delivery agent and i can see that they advised us of a cancelled delivery, which in turn we notified you as soon as we heard, because of geographical location the delivery was then further delayed whilst they found an agent that had the capacity, we do empathise as we appreciate if you are expecting your new car on a certain date, plans have been made and in most cases current cars have been sold and moved on prior, hampering journeys and lives. I can see we advised that if you needed to get taxis then to do this, but to keep receipts to minamise disruption. I also note that when you car was delivered it came with splits,cracks in the rear light bar which you chose to accept for neccesity of a car. The dealer adivses that this is a warranty issue and will be rectified upon an appointment at a local main dealer, this is not the standard we expect as a general rule but on this occasion, the only other option the dealer could offer would have been to delay delivery for a second time with then no ETA. We would like to apologise again for your experience, high standards and client satisfaction are super important to us and we never like to hear of journeys like yours, we wil learn from our mistakes on this occasion and challenge our brand partners to also do better. We are sure you will love your new car and enjoy many happy miles in it.

Delivery not met and car changed
The service at the beginning was great however the actual car I was promised and I insured myself for didn't turn up, The car was changed from white to gold and complete different registration, so I had to alter my insurance, wait another week for the car and take another day off work for the actual delivery.

Loving my new car from Carparison!
Great experience with Carparison. The car I wanted was not available in the colour I'd selected, but i was offered suitable alternatives and it was available within my required timescales. Everything was smooth with delivery, the only minor complaint I have is that the car was not particularly clean when it was delivered which made it difficult to check over (only reason I have reduced to "Good" in the star ratings). I'm loving the car and feel I got a good value for money deal with a straightforward application process.

As the vehicle is delivered by a third party logistics company on behalf of the supplying dealer, we do not have sight of the vehicle before it reaches you so we completely understand your disappointment. If you experience this with a future lease, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to raise this with the supplying dealer and request a valet where appropriate. Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finnish I had excellent service, I was a little worried as the price was so good I thought was it a scam, so I checked it out on trust piolet and the reviews were excellent, the price for my lease was much less than other sites and the correspondence was brilliant I got a email through out the process explaining every step. The car came a week earlier than I was told so that was a bonus, im very happy with my new car, I woukd definitely reccomend them. I got a mgs6 trophy and its brilliant
