New to leasing- a good first time experience
Good communication, nice staff who explained the process, very important to people who are new to leasing. Make , model and offer were very good. Reassuring that VW finance were involved.

Shortfall
Carparision fell short with relevant information they should have passed on to me prior to me receiving my new vehicle, I wasn't informed that the vehicle does not come with a service book and paperwork regarding the vehicles first year breakdown cover was not passed on .I had to contact them on two occasions to retrieve the info.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt we fell short in providing the relevant information prior to receiving your new vehicle. As a broker, we supply a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, and unfortunately, we are not always provided with every specific detail relating to each individual vehicle. In relation to the service book, many new vehicles no longer come with a physical service book, as servicing information is often recorded digitally through the vehicle’s infotainment system. With regards to the breakdown cover, we are always more than happy to assist with any questions you may have. Where we do not have the information readily available, we can research this for you or contact the supplying dealer directly to ensure we provide you with the most accurate information. We do take your feedback on board and thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Enjoy your new car!

This is my second time using Carparison for my lease cars, by far the best price on both cars compared to other companies. Great service from start to finish. Everyone is so helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend to anyone looking at leasing a new car.
