Carparison rocks
From start to finish the service provided by carparison was excellent. Starting with their website which was easy to use, search and configure to my first enquiry and phone call with Sam (whilst I was in Greece). From there Roisin took over and kept me informed from order to delivery - faultless.

Great initially but once fee paid they go very quite Still no nothing about when or where car will be maintained

Having reviewed your journey with us, I am unfortunately unable to see where this may have happened. However, if you were ever looking for an update or had any questions, our Customer Experience team would have been more than happy to assist. With regards to your maintenance package, this is managed by your funder. They will typically send a welcome pack once your agreement has gone live, which usually takes around 10-15 days after the vehicle has been delivered. If you have any questions about your maintenance, please do let us know via email at [email protected], and we will be happy to help. We are also pleased that we were able to deliver your new vehicle within just two weeks of you placing your order. Excellent communication up to the delivery of the car. The delivery driver was not very friendly. A man of few words & fast food bag in the car. He did take it away with him at least. Apart from that, overall a simple process.

Slow at frist after calling for information on vehicle was told unable to find car .quick alternative was found and delivered with in a week

Helped answer my queries and easily accessible through both phone and emails. Provided step by step guidance throughout the process. Delivery updates were provided and followed up post delivery to check everything was okay, despite third party delivery company not taking delivery note.
