Easy to do business with
The initial communication and service was great and really easy to sign up once we’d decided on a car. Delivery was quicker than expected which was great. All round, very easy to do business with.

Great people but slow and tedious journey.
first of all everyone I spoke to was professional, courteous and likeable and are a credit to the company. My journey for leasing was a long one and it did feel at times that nothing would happen until I called up to find out what was going on. I was chasing a lot where perhaps you guys should have been doing this for me.

Having reviewed your journey, we can see there was regular communication from our experience team to keep you informed. However, with factory orders we are reliant on updates from the supplying dealer, and the delays you experienced were due to the vehicle’s production, which was unfortunately outside of our control. Extremely happy customer
Fantastic customer service, informative but not pushy from my first enquiry. Listed all the options and followed up with emails. Check ins and time frames given and stuck to along the way. All staff I communicated with were extremely polite, professional and informative. When the car arrived I was incredibly happy and impressed with the car, delivery and service. Would highly recommend this company and will be using again in the future.

From the first phone call all the way through to delivery and subsequent enquiry the staff were very attentive and helpful. More than can be said for some leasing companies.

Need to step it up
The service from Tom & then handed to Chris was good however we did 99% of the legwork ourself after they left. Nobody contacted us apart to ask for a certificate so the service needs to vastly improve compared to the service they provided whist with you

I have taken the time to review your personal journey and can see that there was lots of contact through various mediums as you mention whilst Chris and Tom were looking after you. I believe that once the deal was agreed this switched to dealer direct to keep you informed but do appreciate that more contact could have subsequently been made by ourselves to compound the relationship. We will learn as we restructure and look forward to being able to show this upon your next lease.
