Excellent service and quick delivery
Excellent service. All the people I spoke to and had communications with were clear, friendly and professional. Importantly for me they had a large choice of cars to lease in stock. Many of the big leasing companies seem to focus on factory ordered cars with a long wait time. The car I ordered was with me in two weeks which is great service.

Excellent service
From start to finish, Carparison did a great job. From having cars on amazing lease offers, through to direct contact when I showed an interest in a car, answering all my questions and providing information, service was excellent. Paperwork came through promptly and was clearly worded, and the car was delivered in perfect condition very quickly. I was really impressed with how speedy and efficient the operation was and the transparent pricing making it clear where your money was going.

Increasing disappointment
We have our car, 4 days late, but no wheel locking nut and no vehicle log book.

We are sorry to hear that parts of your journey did not meet your expectations, and we have taken the time to review your journey. With regard to the delivery, we understand there may have been some confusion around the initial date discussed. The supplying dealer had initially advised they were booking in deliveries from 12th June to which you requested the 16th June. However, their third-party delivery company later advised that this would not be possible due to the distance involved. As a result, this date was never formally booked or confirmed. Following this, the earliest available delivery date then offered by the dealer was 19th June. This date was agreed with you and subsequently confirmed, and we are pleased that the vehicle was delivered successfully on that day. In relation to the locking wheel nuts, we have checked with the supplying dealer, who has confirmed that these are not included as a standard factory-fitted item on this vehicle. Additionally, as your funder is the registered keeper and owner of the vehicle, the vehicle log book is not issued to them directly. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Car delivery
Great guy who delivered my car but sadly I had to drive to where it was to be picked up due to the road my house is on. My husband checked it over at the side of a main road and was told there was nothing for me to sign. I think the driver then signed for me…….. not sure about that.

No messing staright to the point
I ordered 3 contract cars through 3 different companies. Carparison was the last to order and the first to arrive and the service and followup left the other two companies miles behind!

Sceptic to biggest fan
I have never not been directly to a car brand for a PCP deal, so going through a leasing company for the first time was daunting as I didn't know much about it. I had multiple questions to help ease my scepticism before going through with the process, and I can truly say this has been one of the best experiences I've had leasing a car.

Poor delivery.
Communication prior to delivery was good, communication around delivery not so good. Although the vehicle was at the dealership months in advance of delivery it was delivered with paint damage and parts missing, stickers on the wheels and dangerously high tyre pressure in one rear wheel, front passenger footwell carpet was damp and hand book wet. I don't believe the PDI was carried out correctly.
Thank you for your honest 3* feedback, it is always frustrating to hear as a broker that our dealer partner has not delivered the expectation of both the client and ourselves. At Carparison we strive for excellence and the delivery process is one of the few areas we have no control over , We trust that cars are delivered in pristine condition, Great Brittish weather permitting. I am pleased to hear though that communiction from ourselves was good and hope that the vehicle rectification is completed soon if not already done. Friendly, diligent. A great intro to leasing for us.
Kind and polite throughout. Eager to do business without being pushy. Quick responses to requests for more information. Car delivered earlier than we thought and in great condition. Delivery driver was friendly, diligent and had actually already noted something that we likely wouldn’t have even spotted on the car’s condition.

Easy and accessible
The whole process has been timely but unpressured to review options through to receiving the lease vehicle. Now taken receipt of new car and hopefully all flows as well from here.

Delivery is the hardest part of the journey as we have no control over this part of the process, we can see upon review of your journey that your car picked up a puncture and a new tyre had to be ordered, but you were supplied with a loan car, whilst we appreciate this does not alleviate the frustration,we acknowledge the dealer kept you mobile.
