Thank you for sending in your feedback, and for your four stars. I am sorry that delivery took longer than expected for your MG4. I can see that you placed your order on 1st November and that delivery took place on 6th December - this did fall outside our expected delivered timeframe of 4 weeks, on this occasion. It appears that there was a delay in the vehicle arriving with our supplying dealer which prevented us in being able to arrange onward delivery to you, for that we apologise. Knowledgeable staff who responded quickly to queries. There was a minor change to the maintenance plan which had been included within the quote but changed on the final forms to exclude tyre replacement. Which I guess was a simple clerical error. Other than that, very happy with the process.

Easy to do business with, very helpful at each stage, including chasing the dealer down for earlier delivery. Good price as well, did many hours of research and definitely came up the best deal for the car I got (MG4)

Ok but lack of knowledge could have seen me go for another deal elsewhere
Nice and friendly staff but don't seem to have any knowledge of what equipment the cars have or any gumption to find it out, i was told the best place to look was on the manufacturers website which is disappointing considering the commission that's been collected, bare in mind i wasn't entirely sure this was the right car yet so could have easily lost a sale

Our product knowledge is one of our biggest assets, but it is standard practice for us to advise that you verify the vehicle specification is what you’re expecting on the manufacturer’s website. We deal with thousands of different derivatives (which change frequently) and information is provided to us by a third party, so this is the only way to ensure 100% correctness. It also ensures that all factors you’re looking for in a car are satisfied and are at your disposal, eliminating assumptions as we often are not privy to every deciding factor in order to confirm or deny total suitability. We do endeavour to help where we can and I’m sorry this didn’t feel sufficient on this occasion. Best Experience So Far
From start to finish Caparison have been brilliant keeping me updated on my lease. Very easy to deal with, and will hopefully be using them again

Car delayed. Only got info if I chased it.
People were polite on the phone, but I never got a call back when promised. Id have to ring a few times and then maybe I'd get an email. It felt like if you didn't chase them, they'd just leave things to drag on. We waited 2 and half extra months for our lease. As a result we got a discount on our upfront fee, but honestly, that didn't feel like enough. We opted for our lease with a "September delivery" and received it at the end of November after many phonecalls chasing it. I get that they are going off of what the dealerships are telling them, but I wasn't kept in the loop, unless I phoned up.
Great Deal Great service
Went through Lease Loco. The deal I was offered, was the best and I went through Carparison. As it was my first Electric Vehicle, I didn’t want to buy. I was worried about depreciation. I was offered an amazing deal to be fair. The whole process was very professional. From start to delivery it was excellent.

Slow
My car got delivered on Friday, lovely service but sometimes in places can be very slow with replying back to emails, sometimes I would wait 4/5 days for a response, and it would be genuine questions that I would need answering. When filling out forms or sending back documents with personal information the process would be very slow i.e. filling out a form that has just been sent sending it back within 10 minutes and waiting four days for a response I thought was not the best service. The night before my car was being delivered I had an email about 7 pm in the evening telling me all about what would happen on the day of the delivery which I thought was very slow and should’ve been sent out early morning mid afternoon especially if there was some last-minute forms that had to be completed before the company shut, I definitely didn’t think that was the best customer experience I’ve had, especially with the price I’ve just paid for the car, definitely need quicker responses or faster updates on things. Overall I had a lovely experience but not the best in some aspects which can be improved
