Do I need to pay for delivery?

No, generally if you live on the UK mainland you should be entitled to a free driven delivery on a date agreed by yourself and the providing dealer.

There are exceptions though - and times when you might be asked to pay a delivery fee, like:

  • If you've asked for delivery to an address outside the UK mainland
  • You've upgraded to a special delivery option (like Next Day Delivery)
  • You've requested that your car be trailered to you, rather than driven
  • Your delivery address falls outside of the dealer's free-of-charge limit (if they have one)

The fee will cover any additional costs and admin associated with a non-standard delivery.

If a delivery charge is applicable from the outset, your Leasing Consultant will tell you at the earliest opportunity. And any costs associated with the delivery should be clearly documented when you decide to go ahead with your order.

If costs apply because of a change you've requested - like a trailered delivery - your Customer Experience Champion will tell you and take payment before your delivery is booked.
