What happens during the handover process?

The official handover period is a crucial stage of your car leasing journey. During this time, the delivery driver will be available to introduce you to your new car and all its technology.

Use this time wisely to go through anything about the car you might be unsure of with the driver (while following the necessary social distancing measures).

You should also ensure you give the car a thorough inspection. We’re confident the car will arrive in fantastic condition, but if any scuffs or marks go unnoticed at this stage, you might be liable for the damage at a later date.

If your vehicle does arrive in a condition you are not happy with, ensure this is noted on your handover documentation. We will then be notified of this and can ensure a resolution is met with the delivering dealership on your behalf.
