Will my driver give an estimated time of arrival?

While we are unable to provide delivery timeslots, your delivery driver is expected to call on the day of delivery to confirm an estimated time of arrival.

This should be at least an hour ahead of them being due at your specified delivery location.

We do request a courtesy call from every one of our supplying partners but there are times when driver safety concerns mean that it isn't always possible in practice. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused in this event.
