How long will it take for my charger to be installed?
After a Virtual Home Check has been completed, it usually takes 2-4 weeks for your charge point to be installed. This is because we need to apply to your local Distribution Network Operator for permission to connect to their network.
Standard installations usually take around two hours, but this can vary according to each home and their individual needs.
