Can someone else sign for the delivery of my lease vehicle?

In extenuating circumstances, we can arrange for someone else to take delivery of the car. To do this, we would need a written request from the lease holder alongside proof of identity from the intended signer.

We recommend that where possible, you are available to sign for the collection of your vehicle. The handover period is a time for you accept the car and acknowledge the condition it arrives in. Should the person signing for your car fail to notice any damage, the leaser holder will be liable if it is discovered at a later date.
