How do I order my lease car?

From finding your perfect lease deal to taking delivery, there are a number of steps to follow in order to complete your order seamlessly and successfully. 

If you would like to remotely follow the progress of your order you can do so by opening an online account

Step 1 - search and compare.

Use our innovative search tool to compare thousands of available lease deals from the comfort of your own home. You can browse all makes and models and personalise the available terms to find your perfect fit.

Step 2 - apply for finance.

If you submit an order online you will need to provide us will the details required to submit a finance application on your behalf. Once received, we will confirm this information with the funding agency who is financing your lease vehicle of choice and they will return a decision of either 'approved' or 'declined'. If approved we can proceed with your order. However, if you are declined on finance you will have to reconsider your funding method.

Step 3 - order your lease car.

If your finance application is approved we will then need you to sign and return our order form. Following receipt of this we are then in the position to order the car you have chosen from the supplying dealership. At this stage we would also request that the processing fee of £298.80 (inc VAT) is payable to us. This fee covers our costs associated with locating, securing and marketing the very best deal for you in the marketplace.

Step 4 - receive and sign your documents.

After receiving your signed order form we will provide you with your finance paperwork and your Direct Debit agreement - all of which we need returning to us completed and signed correctly. This will finalise your order.

Step 5 - arrange and take delivery.

Once the dealership has confirmed availability of your chosen lease car we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. You will then receive a call from the delivery team prior to this date in order to finalise arrangements and discuss any special requirements. 

Step 6 - enjoy your new car.

Our support doesn't end once we've handed over the keys. The Carparison team will be happy to help if you have any questions or concerns following the delivery of your car.
