What is the 14-day cooling-off period?

As per Consumer Contracts Regulations, any credit broking agreements that have been made without any face-to-face contact (i.e via phone or internet) come with the statutory right to cancel without penalty or reason within 14 calendar days.

This becomes active from the point you sign the finance documents for your new lease vehicle. You will be able to cancel your finance contract without penalisation within these 14 days. However, cancellation charges for our brokering services may apply as per our cancellation policy.

If you decide you would like to cancel your order within the cooling-off period, you must notify Carparison by a clear statement in writing by post or email. You can do this via email on [email protected], or via post:
