Thank you for taking part in our research. Please read the following terms carefully before completing the survey.

Who can take part

This survey is open to individuals who have received a direct invitation from Carparison. Participation is limited to one response per person.

To be eligible for the incentive, responses must be completed in good faith. Carparison reserves the right to withhold prizes where responses do not meet a reasonable standard of quality, or where there is evidence that a response has been completed without genuine engagement. 

Decisions regarding eligibility are at Carparison's sole discretion but will be made reasonably considering incomplete responses, nonsensical answers, duplicate entries and automated submissions.

Your incentive

The first 100 eligible responses received, as determined by the timestamp of survey submission and subject to passing our quality checks, will receive a Love2Shop digital voucher to the value of £50, issued as a unique code to the email address provided at the end of the survey. This total is shared across all versions of the survey, so early completion is encouraged.

Voucher codes will be issued within one week of the survey closing. 

The survey will close three weeks after the opening date indicated in your invitation email, or when 100 qualifying responses have been identified, whichever comes sooner.

There is no cash alternative to the voucher. Voucher codes are issued once and are non-transferable.

Prize availability

The total number of vouchers available is limited to 100 qualifying responses. We will update the survey's introduction page as soon as reasonably practicable when fewer than 10% of incentive places remain, and again when the incentive is no longer available.

However, please note that availability of the incentive cannot be guaranteed at the point of submission. Completing the survey does not guarantee receipt of a voucher.

Once all available vouchers have been allocated, participants may continue to complete the survey but will not receive an incentive.

Redeeming your voucher

Love2Shop voucher codes are redeemable in accordance with Love2Shop's own terms and conditions. If you experience any issues with redemption - including technical difficulties or questions about where your voucher can be used - please contact Love2Shop customer services directly. Their contact details will be included alongside your voucher code when it is issued.

Carparison accepts no responsibility for voucher codes that are lost, misdirected, or misused after issue. Please ensure the email address you provide with your survey is correct and accessible.

Only participants who are due to receive a voucher will be contacted. Participants who do not qualify for an incentive, or who complete the survey after all available incentive places have been allocated, will not receive a separate notification.

Your data and privacy

Your survey responses will be used for internal research purposes at Carparison with overall findings potentially shared on our website in anonymised form.

Your personal details will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

The email address will be used to verify you as an original recipient of the survey, to issue your voucher and to link your survey response with our customer records so that we can understand your previous experience with us.

Your email address will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the survey and issue any incentive.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Carparison reserves the right to amend or withdraw the survey incentive at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This will not affect vouchers already earned by qualifying participants unless circumstances make fulfilment impossible.
