Since 12:30pm today, our head office has been experiencing intermittent power cuts and we've been warned to expect disruption for the next few hours.
What this means
Our phone lines are operational but you may find calls drop or go unanswered. Email and website enquiries are still coming through to us as normal, but responses will be slower than usual today.
What to do
The quickest way to reach us today is by email at [email protected] or through the website as usual.
If you have trouble getting through on the phone, please email us instead - it's the most reliable route until we get the all clear.
Anything you send us in writing will reach us, and we'll work through it all as soon as we can.
When will it be resolved?
The fault is with external power lines and the operator is working on a fix.
We'll update this page as soon as we know more, and again once we're back to normal.
