Carparison retain title of best automotive company to work for in the UK

Carparison’s dedication to employee engagement and development sees improved results in second survey entry.

Carparison Leasing have again been named the best automotive company to work for in the UK during the Best Companies’ 2023 Q1 Survey.

Following a fruitful year, Carparison not only retained their position as the best automotive company to work for in the UK but climbed to fifth best company to work for in the South West across all industries and finished eighth out of all small companies.

Having listened to and actioned feedback from their employees, securing the top spot reflects Carparison’s dedication to development and career growth for their staff.

Matt also travelled up to Manchester to sit down with Channel 5 news presenter Dan Walker and be a guest panellist at the 2023 Q1 live event, broadcast on Best Companies bespoke platform.

Covering the topical workplace issue of ‘Managing Uncertainty’, the panel discussed not just uncertainty in their respective workplace, but also team leading, personal development plans and trust for employees.
