Great car supplied by an underwhelming provider!
Taking the order was fine… letting me know the progress of the delivery etc was excruciating and I found myself having to chase Jasmine all the time to find out what was happening. I had several unreturned calls and emails and only after threatening to cancel my order, I found out the car was coming from someone else because Jasmine had finished for Christmas without sending me a confirmation email of the delivery including the registration number to allow me to insure the car. I have leased cars before and this was by far the most frustrating service I have ever had and I certainly wouldn’t recommend using your business to anyone else on the back of what I experienced.

I have reviewed contact logs this morning and can see you were faced with a delivery delay due to a technical issue at the supplying dealership. I hope it helps you to know that our team were relentlessly chasing this to obtain your registration details and to ensure delivery before Christmas for you. But I can understand that our communication back to you didn’t convey this and understand your frustration at being left in the dark. We were fully resourced in the lead up to Christmas but also experienced incredible demand – which isn’t an excuse, but I hope provides some form of explanation. It is quite normal for our customer service team to take on cases to cover leave within our shared inbox – but I will note this as a suggestion for future so we can inform ongoing deliveries that their named contact will change. I’m sorry again that we couldn’t do better on this instance, but we really hope you continue to love your new car. Best wishes, Charlotte

Ben was great
Hi service was great from Ben. Due to lack of admin start in there was little updates. But overall really happy with the car- apart from a few scratches on the car when delivered and was a little dirty.. service from Ben was great.

Leasing a Tesla Model Y
Good and relatively simple process. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue we had was poor communications from Tesla, though Carparison staff did try to help with this.

Very happy with Carparison.
Presentation of information was clear, responses to any questions were prompt and complete. Process was easily understood and simple to follow. Delivery of car slipped a bit from initial estimate, but this did not cost me a problem since i still had my previous vehicle.

Star for Carparision
The service prided to me by Carparison enabled me to buy the car of my dreams whilst away working in the Middle East.. The team were very friendly, efficient and helpful enabling me to have the car delivered to the address of my choice whilst I was flying into Heathrow. In addition, the car was offered at an astonishing price for the lease period. Thanks to the whole team involved.
