Great service
This was the first time I have leased a car. The team were helpful, guiding me through the process and completing the paperwork. Andy was great finding the right deal and car and Katie was on hand to help with paperwork and processing. A great team!

Definitely worth giving them a shout
Very easy to deal with. Good price, they had the car in stock and they delivered it super quick. Very happy so far (it's early days so I can't comment on how they will deal with an issue if it ever arises). Oh and their suggested gap insurance provider quoted about at least 2x anyone else so I went with another insurer.

They were very helpful when engaged. Would have scored higher if they contacted me re a delay instead of me having to chase them. Rather have some news even if it is bad news.

Carparison - well worth a look
Apart from a glitch with securing a vehicle back in June 2021 (no fault of Carparison) and the 28 week delivery time until Thursday 3 February 2022, the team at Carparison (Yasmin Henbury and Katie Chisholm) kept me updated with latest delivery times, and the like. Handled very professionally. Also, the lease signed in June 2021 and the rate quoted then were honored. All in all, very satisfied.

Not like the others!!
Excellent customer service from the start, answered all my questions, not pushy, left me to decide as I asked but soon as I wanted to go ahead they processed my details and application really quick. Nothing was an issue like I’ve experienced before, signing forms etc all done electronically as you’d expect but had issues with other companies in the past. Kept in the loop through the process, I was lucky that my car was in stock and from order to delivery was under 2 weeks!

Great service turned slightly sour.
Pros- quick turnaround, cheaper than competitors. Phil was very helpful. The car is great. Cons- added a tenner a month onto the original price, offered me reduced delivery fees to compensate but then proceeded to try and charge me the full £500 delivery fee. Katie ignored my email when I questioned this.

Nive people, very efficient, poor delivery experience

I won't look elsewhere in the future - Carparison were above and beyond.
Yasmin who initially got in touch with me was extremely helpful (above and beyond what I would expect). I was very picky and asked a lot of questions and it took me a while to make up my mind. Yasmin was understanding all the way through the process and extremely professional with dealing with me. All responses were helpful and quick. I will also say the same for Louise upon ordering the vehicle. The turn around of the delivery was brilliant and response times every time i got in touch was fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough.
