First time lease
First time leasing a car. Initial response was quick, helpful and informative and getting into the process, selecting the car, the options and the finance approval process was all done easily. Further stages towards getting delivery were all done promptly and clearly. In all an reassuringly stress free process

Cooling of fperiod - return of goods
Currently looking at exercising the right to return the good to the lease provider under the 14-day cooling off period

I have rated the service poor due to fact that the car I ordered was not the car that was delivered and I had no choice but to accept £500 as an apology as I needed the car that day.

Not good enough
All ok ish, some of the paperwork was a bit of a pain. The biggest pain was the fact that I’ve not had a proper handover when all the time I was under the impression from yourselves that I would get this done on my driveway with someone from Polstar. ??

Having reviewed your journey, we have not been able to find any correspondence confirming that a full handover would be provided by Polestar. To clarify, deliveries are managed by the supplying dealer using external logistics partners, which means we are unable to guarantee a full handover on their behalf. This is also outlined in the “Buckle Up” email sent prior to delivery, which explains what to expect on the day. That said, we are sorry that on this occasion your handover did not meet expectations. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we hope you are enjoying your new car.
