How we’re supporting Carparison customers waiting for their car

If you are currently in the process of completing your order for a brand new car with us, we will be on hand to provide support through every stage of your leasing journey.

Before the emergence of the cost of living crisis, our fantastic admin team would routinely contact customers who currently have cars on prolonged lead times.

Customers are given the option to dictate how frequently – or infrequently – they would like to be updated on the progress of their order. Our team will continue to do this in line with the cost of living crisis.

How we’re supporting future Carparison customers

To prioritise the well-being of our customers, we are making a few small changes to how we do things at Carparison.

Before completing their order, all customers must confirm they are not facing any form of financial stress, nor will their impending order cause any.

This will run alongside our routine finance applications that determine whether an order can proceed.

Should a change in circumstance mean that you no longer want to proceed with your order, our support won't stop there.

Our team will guide you through the next steps of your car leasing journey, identifying what options might be available for you.
