Great service but let down by polestar who failed to deliver the car and still waiting

I was dubious initially as I found a couple of negative reviews, but I later learned that was down to failed credit checks and user disgruntlement. In my case, the support before, during and after has been excellent. Martyna helped me with quotes and placing an order and subsequently supporting a delivery problem from manufacturer. At all times, prompt, professional and supportive. I would 100% recommend Carparison.

service overall very good, delayed delivery but out of Carparison's control and their customer service was very good in this regard.

Great communication from an attentuve, dedicated customer service team. Although the initial 'in stock' delivery timeline for delivery of the car slipped, the Carparison team, were candid and consistent with meaningful updates & successfully supported my necessity request for tighter confirmed delivert date, That candour, transparency & can-do attitude kept me from looking into alternate options, and yes I would therefore highly recommend them to others. Don't waste your time
Order went through smoothly at first, a delay was hit with the finance company and carparrison not communicating with eachother. Delivery day finally arrived... no car appeared. Between car parrison and polestar no information was given to advise when re delivery would be. Polestar offered to sort a courtesy car for me, but then didn't organise one so I was left without any transport and unable to get to work. Second delivery day came on the Monday (second day taken off work) carparrison assured me it was coming today... no car arrived. All parties denying responsibility and blaming eachother, not very professional at all. Third delivery day came , carparrison assured me 100% that the delivery would be on the afternoon (even when all polestar communications said morning) 'this is definitely booked for an afternoon delivery' are you sure because... 'yes absolutley'. Re-arrange all meetings for the morning... delivery driver calls to confirm my morning delivery appointment, at my home, I'm currently at work with a morning packed full of re arranged meetings. Marvelous! Delivery driver agreed to deliver the car to my works address where I recieve a handover all be it a bit brief as I did not have the time to spare. Carparrison and polestar have confirmed previously they would be compensating me for the hassle. One week down the line I am being asked for feedback and I can leave nothing but negatives as I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Completely unacceptable and downright poor customer service.
Good morning Andrea, Once again we would like to re-affirm our genuine apologies for the journey you encountered, unfortunately on rare occasions matters outside of Carparison’s control do happen, as explained when this happened on your journey we relayed the information we were offered from Polestars logistics agent tasked with delivering your car. At no stage were we disingenuous, we always strive to put the customer at the forefront and have grown year on year offering support and timely updates as you will read from copious amounts of reviews. We acknowledge on this occasion the system broke, As requested and agreed we will come back to you once we have all the information necessary. I can’t really fault them, the process was smooth, worked really well and I got a pre-registered car with a huge discount within a month! The only worry I had was getting an exact delivery date so I could return my existing car. In the end I got just enough notice and the that worked out great too. Polestar 4 DMLR
