Carparison achieve world-class status in latest Best Companies Survey

Carparison's dedication to employees sees it gain coveted achievement.

Carparison Leasing are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded three-star accreditation in the latest round of Best Companies Survey, confirming our ‘World Class’ workplace environment.

The quarterly Best Companies surveys are designed to measure the levels of engagement and happiness within a company’s workforce and in the latest round of results, Carparison improved on their previous two-star result.

Engagement levels are measured and ranked as the following:

• One to Watch (good levels of engagement) = BCI Score of 600 or more
• One Star (very good levels of engagement) = BCI score of 659.5 or more
• Two Stars (outstanding levels of engagement) = BCI score of 696.5 or more
• Three Stars (world-class levels of engagement) = BCI score of 738 or more

In a substantial move forward, our latest results saw our score jump to 741.9 with 92% of Carparison staff completing the survey.

Earlier this year, Carparison were awarded outstanding levels of engagement from our first-ever Best Companies survey as an independent business, with a respectable score of 720.8.

Having listened to and actioned feedback from our staff, we are delighted to see the improved results in our second entry, confirming the 'world class' employee satisfaction throughout our team and Carparison's commitment to listening to and actioning valuable feedback from staff.

Recognised for our forward-thinking approach to workplace engagement, Carparison remain committed to creating a rewarding workplace. 

Hiring a dedicated Learning and Development Co-ordinator allowed us to keep training, development and the latest industry trends at the forefront of our minds.

These latest results follow a fruitful year for Carparison Leasing, who were named the best automotive company to work for across the entire UK in Q3, while also ranking inside the top 20 regionally in the South West and retaining the Best Marketing and Innovation award at the 2022 Leasing Broker Federation Awards.
